African-Americans The Christian Science Monitor's Black History project has a good collection of articles, news, and interviews.

African Americans in the Sciences Two to three page biographies with bibliographies are indexed by name and by profession. This page was originally prepared by Mitchell C. Brown, Louisiana State University Libraries

African American Mosaic This Library of Congress research resource accompanies its African American collections. Good source of documented experience of the African American experience from Colonial times to the present.

Afro-America: The African American Newspapers Homepage A comprehensive site offering a link to its own African American History Museum, a kids page, news, classifieds, Web links to African, an art gallery and a community discussion board.

Harlem Renaissance A primer on the genesis of literature and fine arts in Harlem from 1920- 1930. Includes a historical overview and biographies of leading figures in the movement.

Ancestors in the Americas A companion site to the PBS series which explores the history and contributions of Asians in the Americas.

Ask Asia AskAsia is an exciting, informative on-line source for Asian and Asian American studies.

Asian American Studies Center The UCLA Asian American Studies Center is one of the largest teaching, training and research programs in the United States.

Asian Studies WWW Virtual Library Large collection of links to resources and information related to specific countries and regions.

Asian American Cybernauts Page Provides selected links to the Asian American community on the Internet.

Korean History Project The heart of this searchable site is Korea, using a multimedia version of a 1,400 page manuscript on the history of the country. Included are essays, interactive maps, images, sound and video clips, and bibliographies. Other useful information includes Journey to Asia, with brief facts about geography, climate, language, politics, and travel for Korea, China, Japan, Russia, and Mongolia. There are also links to sites on endangered species.
