Council The Environmental Literacy Council, has put together a fairly
balanced collection of resources to help teachers and students. The site is divided into

variety of materials: essays, data pages, lesson plans, articles, related sites, etc. The
emphasis is on government and university sources, but numerous articles, reports, and
