Folklore and Mythology Electronic Texts
An extensive collection of tales from around the world, many edited or translated by D. L. Ashliman, a professor of Germanic Languages and Literature. The alphabetical list has stories in categories such as frog kings and princes, nightmares, and werewolf and witchcraft legends. The list also includes stories from such collections and authors as Aesop's Fables, Bulfinch's Mythology, Chaucer, and the Grimm Brothers.

Bureau of Justice Statistics From the U.S. Dept of Justice Bureau of Justice Statistics, an array of statistics, including those on victims of crime, drugs and crime, criminal offenders, and the criminal justice system - courts, law enforcement, and corrections.
Civil rights
  The National Civil Rights Museum, Memphis, Tennessee, memorializes events such as the Freedom Summer, sit-ins, March on Washington, and the Montgomery Bus Boycott, with pictures and concise descriptions.

The American Colonists Library
A Treasury of Primary Documents: A comprehensive webliography of primary source documents pertaining to early American history that are currently available online. WitchCraft in Salem Village

WORLD HISTORY

Hyper History Presents 3,000 years of world history with a combination of colorful graphics, lifelines, timelines, and maps. Over 1,200 files are interconnected throughout the website. The site contains over 7 MB of images and text files, but individual gif files are kept small enough to allow for a quick display. 
Irish History on the Web
Provides hundreds of links to sites and documents on the Web concerning Irish history. The site asserts that "most of the links found here will lead to primary documents, original essays, bibliographies or specific informational sites, all of which are visited prior to inclusion on this site."
Roman Emperors (De Imperatoribus Romanis)
Biographical information on the rulers of ancient Rome. Included are images of ancient coins, maps of the city of Rome and the ancient world, and a battle index with a brief description and related maps.
